Unlucky

I’m in the mood of writing alot in those days, and so do I.

Yesterday I tried Maat with “checking purpose only”. I went there with lame old equip (why old? My regular setup is a large MP bonus, and some convert HP to MP thingies, I had to grab some DEF and CHR rings/whatev I had)
P0wned me in a couple of minutes. I don’t know if it was me, but I found that… “Impossible to Gauge”
Ok, I know. No serious equip. Stupid sword skill level (131, so no Spirits Within). No Accuracy. No HP. No Strenght. PANIC. And I’M A TARUTARU LOL! I suck in fighting.
Wasted 15k in Hi-Potions.
I think that yesterday I beat death-in-a-row record. Two times at the beginning of the EXP party. I was really out of world yesterday.

• First I went with a crappy sub. I forgot. /BLM23. I subbed it because I needed warp from Sea Serpent grotto. Didn’t change it back to White Mage.
• Party starts, and I accidentally targetted another monster we weren’t fighting. Requiem and Elegy, and I couldn’t sleep it of course. My HP went down slowly and I died.
• Next monster, I fought even with weakened status…after all I’m a Bard and I don’t have to fight directly.
  But the mob was a goblin, and his bomb toss killed me.
• Not to mention I forgot CHR,MP foods and Echo Drops.
  And the fact the WHM leveled and got Raise III after my deaths.

That’s what I call an unlucky FFXI’ day. But it’s ok coz I am currently 20k TNL, and I have not that hurry in leveling till I get a decent sword level for Maat (I’m talking about him too much lately…..)

I’ll go farming soon with Draken and Michael to get my testimony back and some scrolls Mich needs, and selling others.
Draken keeps saying that if we start farming scrolls once we hit LVL75 with our characters, I’ll be able to gather LOT OF MONEY and be able to buy Sha’ir.
It’s worth 30M on my server.
But if Draken says we can do it, I believe him °_°

But I can be happy with Errant tunic, or whatever it’s called that nice white dress.
Can’t wait to hit 72, and then 73 for *real* Mazurka.
