Jailer of Love event. I love JoL (irony of the name) and actually I really enjoy that fight, on both WHM and BRD.
I got ready and headed to “???” spot as BRD and joined a BLM party…I really don’t mind to be a ballad whore, I even subbed COR for this event (Ballad I+II ~ Healer’s Roll) Jowah loves her BLMs ^^!

We got two Novia, two torques and one Novio so far out of three runs, and last one (popped by me!) gave us full drop and……Absolute Virtue.

We decided to attempt a try on AV. Unfortunately, not all LS members were on and that was the cause of our later quick failure (it was around 2AM GMT+1, so some people were sleeping or going to)
Trying to sac that big thing to Palace wasn’t actually an easy issue. With the aid of Hymnus and other LVL1 people we actually managed to do that, as well with other suicide member with /flee.

Mhhh…..I lost 50k on bard for all of this. I was 75 and 25k exp and I found myself 25k tnl, ow. But I don’t mind, since after all I’m a lolBard (AKA: meriting machine, would have killed myself if it was on SMN!) and I already got my level, thanks to me (lol) exping on Kerberoz for a good 10-12k exp and then ’cause Jeff logged me and “finished” the work while I was sleeping.

Like Kamalii said, we (I) shouldn’t haven’t pulled it at start. It was just a waste of deaths.
A pull to palace is prolly needed in order to proceed with the die + home point thing, to save MP on raises and avoid to wait weakened status. Need a /THF or THF for fast and safe train to the entrance, flee go!
LVL 1 sacers can really help when a THF is not around, PTing with a BRD who can Hymnus them endlessy, for no MP loss and easier holding.

Strategy was good actually. Tanks on ramp, mages down. BLMs claim and rape wynavs while each tank is being healed/followed by a WHM. BRD gogo for some song godness. I didnt join the main ally because i was busy earlier with hymnus and holding while they made PTs, at least I had some relax in those 5 minutes of fight :P
Not enough people and we failed. I’m looking forward to it next time, and I really really really want to be the BRD in charge to hymnus sacers :D!
Can’t wait to/wave to AV again ^^

Regarding other things, I camped Centurio X-I for Shaman’s Cloak. I’m starting to pimp my future BLM while waiting Jeff to catch me up with his NIN, gonna nazi exp this month our new jobs.

I went there on Kerb, and killed that thing after a second or third tier of repops.
It popped and I claimed it with stun asap (way to go claim when I’m alone in the room, lol!) and nuked it to death in few secs. And then………….

Curse me, but I’m 1/1. Michael is around 0/5 in this, poor him….but at least it’s like the bad luck I have/had for Minstrel Coat (wich I still don’t have)

I also helped some friends in ZM lantern farming+SAM coffer in Uggalepih.

That was me, nuking a random Tonberry that I found later it was an NM, and died with glory lol. Sorry Kerb, at least i got you more exp you had at start some hours later :D!
Hymnus saved my friends and myself from HPing……….. except for Eltharion who aggroed a Tonberry alone earlier ^^

  Lol at least meriting on bard is fast… very fast…
  If I lost that much exp on BLM I would retire. I hate soloing and duoing SO MUCH. Even then… 50k is surely a big chunk o_O;

  Watch SE patching AV before the Fan Festival.

  They promised us they would live kill that thing, and of course they will cheat if AV itself has not been patched.
