Halloween and costumes!

Halloween is here! And I’m halfway of getting event item^^ Both me and Michael had so much fun in (sigh) San d’Oria trying to obtain everything. Pumpkin head, trick staff, witch and coven hat.
No luck with the Pitchfork, i guess I’ll go with Strawberry’ combination in Bastok and hope it will work :x

Michael had some probles with the Lilies quest and couldn’t get his Coven hat t.t
That NPC kept saying he needed practice and sent him over and over again to the first ghost, and reward was 4 “butterfly wing” (forgot the name!)
What a shame z.z
I re-started to play with DATS lately. Actually I did not make any huge manual change, I found a little program to port any race to another one.
So guess what i’ve done? Oh you bet, disguised Michael as a taru.

Awww he was just so cutie xD But I had to change back to normal coz seeing all male humes as taru is not a big deal, and can’t be nice when you meet/talk anon people. (You know, you can’t ask WHAT the person you’re talking to IS.)
Just 5-10 mins of “z0mg my bf is a taru” XD
But Imho a couple of the same race is too banal and common, and I’m happy as it is^^

We even hit lvl 73 with Bard and Black Mage. Weskit for him (and darn he looks cool) and Demon Helm (ugly!! ; ;)/ChocoMazurka (wich I can’t afford) for me.

And regarding equipment I gave up with Sha’Ir manteel definitely. Too much money for something not that great. Actually it was my fashion sense who kept saying “yoOoUuu neeEeeD iIIiT!”
Like Etain said, I’ll go for Yigit. 20k Assault points. Draken and Mich will help me, so I’ll probably have that next month or a little more.

Phew…this was a long, screen’d post, but I’ve not finished yet! A BIG BIG BIG BIG GRATZ to Mich again who finished Promyvions and can go to Lufaise Meadows for his blue spells :O!

I didn’t attend to any Promy run due my stupid jobs (could get there with WHM,BRD and COR only). And of course a WHM was already in pt u.u

A little preview of mine and Michael’ cosplay. RMD+Kingdom Aketon for him, and SMN AF for me!
Comicon will take place next week and will last for 5 days. I can’t wait to rock with my cosplays! (Yes i got two other non-FFXI dresses)

Michael is an adorable taru! hehe The combination in sandy is hound and shade but the balloon is the over by the Maryse ghost, not the same as last year. Hope this helps ^^

My sister will cosplay as Tifa AC version. Last year I cosplayed Reno, and I DO have pics Mich took…dunno if I’ll post them :x

And he will force me to pose for a lot of photos at the comicon, duh! I guess I have to post something then!

I have SMN Af, and the Prince’s clothes from Suikoden V. Everything but the orange pajamas (LOL!)

Ohhhhh I’ve got a bucketload of pics with the races swapped! It’s so fun, I swear I had Kinom (male hume) as a taru for about a month :) Even did some events as galka. hehehe

The Yigit body piece is really nice for Bard, and its something that is achievable for everybody. Just keep working on those Assaults! :D

And waaaaaaa! Michael how come you didn’t kick that WHM out and let Jowy go to Promyvion?!

Cosplay costume ftw, I went to a convention earlier this year but never got around to making a cosplay costume, D: which in retrospect I really should’ve! Instead I spent the entire weekend sporting my moogle headband :3

Your costumes are both very nice, did you make kthem yourself? If so good job! You don’t see many well done FFXI costumes these days, I’m trying to make a THF AF one myself, just getting materials right now!
