New missions awesomeness

Latest update :3 Besides hax items, new missions’ cut scenes are totally made of win. Me and Kerb managed to do quickly all new ones including the lolfight~

Don’t hate me for the massive amount of screenshot I’m going to post today, but I think those are really worthwhile to be show off ! I <3 this taru so much, he’s so badass, and haxBLM too! He’s definitely one of my favourite characters :3

The gay dancer is something…………beyond massive lolness. I swear I was laughing so hard IRL while reading his supergayness speech, movements and HIS WAY TO LAUGH! Plas being a DNC helps alot obviously <.<

Lilisette is just…………. omg super. I thought Aphamu had the best facial expressions and fluid movements ever, but hell, I never imagined that SE could create a model like this. Details of her earring are amazing (I want one like that too!), her cheeks say “ommgpleasesqueezemelikenow” and her mouth MOVES realistically!

She is actually smiling for real! And looks so pretty too! I am so curious to open her model in VRS and see how complex is the whole skeleton, I really wish all characters were like that :<
Final Fantasy XI needs some graphic upgrade, at least on playable characters! And please remove that ugly jumpsuit on notsonaked tarus.

Finally some villains :3 Those fomors are awesome. I like that coupling. The “silly” one with long hair hume skin is fun! Kinda thought of Graeson when I saw him, mostly because they have the same “look” and because red mage relic. And holy awesomeness, the blue/violet-ish AF2 is …*drools* …makes me want to draw him, would be first time since long time I draw something that’s not taru :p

Mission fight :3 I wanted to play PLD, and kinda forced Kerb to make me not change to anything else, since I rarely get to play this job. Was a bit scared because I never solo tanked -blink tank- before, and the setup PLD BLM is not so shiny.
We literally owned it <.< Fight took a bit long because I wanted to have more tanking fun; did perfect cept a couple of times I screwed utsu cancelling it too late. Got petrified the last 10% but Kerb finished it. No deaths, yay!
This really made me happy, making me more secure and proud of my PLD, looking forward to tank more and more sometimes soon! (Will probably do while completing San d’Oria and Bastok missions)

Dark Ixion :o Didn’t manage to fight it yet, it keeps popping at very gay times when people are off or asleep on keyboard *COUGH COUGH*
I watched for a little another linkshell fighting that and I really love the charging move, ready to rape any clueless ally member. Really looking forward to tank it, need to claim this guy next time~
And by the size and glow, I can guess this gonna be a real avatar, but I totally don’t care about my SMN right now. (Even if i STILL want Bahamut staff and that new Garuda head……)
So many new stuff to do now, will care about Ixion (avatar speculations) later :3

Managed to do some mob snapping for those new ZNMs. Tried a few (Chigoe and ………uhm colibri’? I forgot) and those don’t seem too hard. We had almost a full ally though D:!
Kerb got that new T1 accuracy ring, while I bought the trigger for LilApkallu which drops the hax hMP feet and he also got me one for Shield NM! I really hope it drops! ^^
Despite I don’t like snapping that much, I find this new system very nice and sadly, time consuming. So much things to do and so few time……..but oh well!
The only thing I’m afraid of, is that soon (like in 1-2 months) people will lose interest for this and gathering peeps for a ZNM will be hard. Dunno!

Finally managed to get Yigit legs (wearing them as town gear since I really love the look) and Ethereal earring! This earring is so hax. I tried it with mission dragon and enjoyed it :3 Wish I got this way before!

Scholar 10! Ready to fight in the dunes. Stratagems looks so cool :3 If I get some time, I’m going to finish RDM today, which is currently LVL35. I’m…actually subbing it already on BLM because spells and abilities are good already, and I rather give up 1 INT at the moment than lacking of Gravity or Fast cast II.
After those two levels….. SCH 75 go! Already checked what equipment I’ll need. Not really much work cept Vermy/Ixion cloak, Einherjar MND cape, and minor things.

I checked my fellow points, and sadly I have only 5k. Kerb has only 7k too… and I heard on BG about crazy people with like over 50k. How is that even possible ? D:
I need to exp my Savul more, and as far I know it is possible to change your NPC personality now. My Savul is a bit emo and silent, but I don’t really want to change him, I’m so used at his cold speech @.@!

Nyzul, we are totally going to change the whole set “purpose”. While at start we decided to farm each bosses till EVERYONE got what he/she wanted, we decided to just rush and complete everyone disk for new relics.
We’re about to complete Darkbrillance’ one (at floor 70 at the moment), then we have to redo from start with other five of us. Also, welcome Ultimatetaru to our set!

Finally, the EGG! And perspective of new job.

Always ending up with lot of stuff to talk about! Need to stop failing already and post more often (this is getting old, I know) …At work and really, really tired. Went to sleep at something like 5.30AM and woke up at 7.30 AM or so, not blaming some random taru because it’s my fault too :p
Totally gonna post more picture than actual test, because I’m not feeling well either (having very bad nausea since yesterday, hope it will be gone soon ; ;)

We finally did KS99 turtle. Didn’t have so many orbs because item wise is not really a good bc, egg is the only reason to do that and as for striders…might as well just camp em.
Kerb finally got his egg! And this means he’s completely done with Black Belt. I offered my KSs for the whole thing and one dropped on my run too, which I offered to Hannaoak since he camped a lot Aspi with us. And Selim got a 3d one! Congratulations people!

Still regarding Kerb and his MNK, we camped Oztroja NMs for a while. I TOTALLY hate camping shit, especially when re spawn is not well defined. Because I like to relax between “ints” and can do other stuff, like just chatting and/or drawing!
Nothing dropped yet, I wonder when those two stupid birds will put their items out :(

Rotten luck on Ix’Drk. This makes me…….. 1/1 on both DRG AND DRK. But I’m like 0/5 on Mnk >.<

I really see good improvements using this piece of gear, I’m so happy I managed to get it. Now, since my virtue stones starts to finish and we’re out of HQ Aern organs, I guess me and Kerb are forced to be back killing more of them!

FINALLY NIN37. About time. Utsusemi:ni dropped off PCC bc (Thanks Michael for letting me use your orb!)~
Me and Kerb duo’d from lvl 19 till…26 or so. Then we joined Thaumboy and Chronus for some quick -Anniversary ring powered- exp! And got 37 in like 2-3 days. I’m so happy I’m done with this sub.
Now I’m working on RDM, and I’m 1/3 into 31. Was 24 last Friday!

Also helping its exp doing escort, Rivenworth and Mammet BC. Quick and fun stuff to do! Especially escort, I really like it! Sleeping 495744949 mob around you is lol, even if I’m little afraid to die or something in the end x.xxx But Kerb’s there too so I’m really ok.

Once I’ll be done with RDM, I’ll start my new job: Scholar! Really been undecided between 5, but after some toughts I picked Sch :p Why ?
First, the job on “selection” were DRG, BST, MNK, RDM and SCH.

• Dragoon. I’d LOVE to have that, it’s a powerful melee which some kind of little magic (hi wyvern!)
  But then again, who wants a DRG over a BLM, BRD, WHM, PLD leveled coming at events ? I won’t use it anywhere and it will make me emo.
• Beastmaster, kinda same of above. I also think about Salvage, who the heck wants a BST in salvage instead of a BLM or BRD ?
• Monk. I saw Kerb working SO HARD getting all his equipment, and only idea of killing Oztroja NMs, or Boroka, and camping BB items makes me sick. If I want to play mnk, I’ll just use his when he’s offline.
• Red Mage. I realized I don’t want a WHM clone. Same stuff+refresh. Hell no. Plus so many LVL2 merits to get, nothanks. Aaaaaaaaand I don’t want to level DRK subjob. I don’t want to chainstun ever……
• Scholar. Unique! Versatile in each situation. Can be very efficient as Healer, damage dealer, en-feebler and mage supporter. Plus I can make Kerb gasm with weather :P (and I can randomly leech from him once I get thunderstorm, which is lvl51) Also, i already have all required merits (capped elemental, almost done with Enfeebling) and will use both blm and whm gear. Quite smart, uh? :3

I lol’d on “Next job poll” results. On 25 votes, 8 voted BST, 8 RDM, 5 SCH and 4 MNK. Didn’t know the whole Beastmaster thing had this big fan pool! I want to know who those people are :D!

Finally done some limbus again. Apollyon tiem! Killed Kaiser Behemot! About time!
I noticed so much improvement since last time we’ve done NW. With like TONS of new merits i got and gear. Never got a single spell resisted (sleeps and binds too) and that greatly improved our killspeed. I’m so happy!
BLM and SMN items dropped, but sadly I already have Apollyon item, and SMN…..I just don’t care. Tossed it, lolSMN. Now I want Temenos one to drop >.< Really need to upgrade hands!

I found my new god in FFXI. THE HUEG CORN! I swear I want a thing like that IRL and be able to FIRE IV it.
Can’t imagine how much cool would be some popcorn rain, I know I’m quite retarded *_*;;; But whatever, it’s just me. Luv FFXI and this random nonsense. (And it’s ok, I’m mad, known fact)

Tried to save my macros on server to load ‘em on Xbox. And it works awesome! You need to press some weird combination on character selection to make it work (all I remember is, ctrl+alt+shift+B to save on pc, left stick and one of those upper buttons to load data on console)
Now, time to play some on my sofa, relaxing, with comfy environment! (mostly at merits or some easy going stuff)

Got 2nd hax blm piece! So awesome during magic bursts tiems, and some +Dark magic never hurts :3!
Also, it’s the only piece of AF2 I really want/it’s worth to upgrade. I hope to be able to get the -1 sometimes x.x
Hax campaign exp as PLD. Tanking shit getting hit often is worth something! Need more Koenig for moar HP and bloodtanking. Please?

Oh and we killed LBC. We are really ok, getting more members. About time! But hate we’re randomly 6 people (inlcuded some botted Graeson) or so. But better than nothing!

Started a new drawing while ago. While there are STILL stuff that don’t look good, this is goin quite fast D:
Maybe will be able to finish it within a week or so! Kerb face looks so funny, it’s lovely!
Gonna scan the sketch sometimes today or tomorrow, and post it on my portfolio~

emoPaladin and mules whoring

Finally got PLD 75 last week (this means Kerb is MNK75 too!), thanks a lot to some LS mates who helped me “leeching” in merits (cause that job in merits is…….kinda lul) or even logging me for some exp (Kerb and Grae)

I’m so happy I finally finished this, but I really really really need ninja subjob. And RDM for BLM. Gonna start hardcore leveling sometimes next week, and want to be done with it forever. Then merits, since I’m kinda “almost” OK with BLM stuffz.

I played PLD a couple of times and well……..been kinda depressing. I think I suck real hard. Or maybe I dared with something too much for a newbie, I don’t know. What event? Einherjar.
Having an horde of mobs on me, trying to voke/flash/save everyone is more brain draining than all my other jobs at the moment, and all I see are my HPs going down. Motsognir demons fucking hurt.

Why am I failing that hard? I thought I was at least decent at tanking. Or really I should have avoided Einherjar and tried easy stuff like dynamis or some lolNM/mission mob? I don’t know. I’m just really pissed about myself.
Maybe I should have really picked some other job ;< Maybe Red Mage, or Scholar. Meh. HALP ; ;

And yeah, last Einherjars have been very embarrassing.
Keep losing for stupid stuff. And I hate myself for not going BLM yesterday and went on PLD instead. Should avoid tanking ’till I’m comfortable surviving on Ronfaure rarabs….. :(
Lack of sleepgas and low member attendance sucks. Failing so much stuff in general lately, that’s really no good… hope everything will get better sometimes soon.

Salvage side, keep being noobs as usual. Got 35 Usukane legs at 2.5 secs before exiting (checked timestamp) and of course we lost them, couldnt even reach lot menu that fast. Called GM but got nothing.

Dekka still hates me, last time our THF DC’d before the fight….yay. Salvage is making me really more and more emo each day it passes. Kinda feel like the tricked one. Been doin it for over a year, almost since release and people who started it like last summer have already a full set or multiple pieces of various armors.
Blah.

Nothing really much to say besides this, cept this lotto bonanza madness. Both me and Kerb filled our accounts with all possible mules ever and started exping them.
I currently have almost four characters I could buy marbles with (Jowah, my first character ever Sloth, a lvl 5 and 4 mule. Still 12 to go!

First mule: Kerberox. I lol’d.
I was going to name him Kerberos (If there is some nerd around should even know what protocol Kerberos is) but unfortunately it was taken….so here it goes, got an “x” instead of that “s”.
That ugly bearded hume is obviously Kerb, naming himself Jetski after a LS member, Jski.
Omg that was real fun. Actually I created another mule named after some real player, and that’s actually “Graelol”, but he’s s still lvl 1. Sorry Graeson! Don’t delete that character on my account please!

Second set. Swollenuvula (……….guess whos this character) and Berrie. Respectively mithra and elvaan female.
For obvious reasons we made all mules MNKs for better and fast leveling, and started in San d’Oria.
I really hate leveling low level jobs but this is actually fun! Everything is so much better when you play with someone, I really get bored easily.
We can finish a mule in 30-40 mins or so with PL and crappy gimped XP party, unfortunately we have no BRD/COR mule or that would have been really faster than that.
Gonna raise Graelol next! Then I need to create other mules. The city introduction is really irritating, and I can’t make more than 2 characters at time cause i die each time at all those “movies” D:

SquareEnix altro introduced new relic weapons.
Everyone is like “O.O” and guessing how you can upgrade those stuff.

I remember back then reading you need to get through Nyzul floor 100 two times (but I can be totally wrong) and….just my personal opinion, maybe we’ll need items/ingredients from Einherjar (insane amount of Ampules maybe?), new drops in Salvage or some retarded amount of Imperial coins/IS.

I’m really curious, but just a bit disappointed for a couple of things.

Those are weapons for my current jobs.
Laevateinn for BLM, Yagrush for WHM, Burtgang for PLD, Carnwenhan for BRD and Nirvana for SMN.
Totally disappointed about BRD not getting a horn/harp and PLD having a sword instead of a shield.

Also kinda wondering about stats of those items, and/or if they will come along with some “power within”.
What i mean is, regular relics have an unique WS. Maybe those will have unique WSs, spells or abilities? A Nirvana with some new Avatar coming along would fit just so perfectly.
Kaevateinn….some new spell? Or just god please, make me getting rid of elemental staves and save some inventory.

My Nyzul set is still at level 40-45 (but we’re farming everything for everyone so I’m ok with that) but I’m not really sure if Darkbrillance will be up for the floor 100 warp trick.
Well, guess it’s too much early to talk about this, I really can’t wait new informations!

And since Maiev usually skip rest of content if I post a drawing first………. gonna put pics as last topic!

Just a WIP (work in progress) shoot of the one I blogged about some time ago. I am really really slow lately (my brain is lagging, duh) and MAYBE I’ll even use this one for BG art contest. Kerb kinda pushing me to do so D: Guess I’ll end up signin’ up on that.

Cute tiggers and epic fights!

Spent last weekend doing all new quests and getting telepoints in the past.
Well at least I’ve been busy a while with new stuff!

Windurst cutscenes are cool. Besides little and cute yet presumptuos Ajido (<3), finally SE decided to put a Mantra in game o_o And let me tell you, those tiggers are even hottier than their female counterpart! Time for female DAT modders to have fun with them now :3

Meh :p Getting all scrolls was easy, but really time consuming. Got Pashhow and Meriphataud gate crystals while questing stuff.
Retrace is the most awesome spell ever. Besides Ice and Thunder spells of course. Just…………retracing people instead of D2 is awesome. Since BLM is like a warp bitch now :D I know, I’m so mean! Just watch you next time you ask me for a warp :>

Got some adventures in Grauberg <.<;
Me and Kerb are something like……….completely broke in the gil departments, due some fundings for Skadi hands (gratz <3) and wanted to try getting some money with new mobs/NMs or so.

We gave a try on Scitalis, a wyrm in and well…………… it failed so hard at start. I mean, couldn’t duo very well, went horribly. It has like perma Hundred Fists, and raped us twice or three times, then had to ask for some reinforcements and I even DC’d and died x.x;;

We ended up being in seven people but we actually nuked it down with spells; me Chron and Kerb. Obviously no drop.
Besides the HUEG amount of EXP loss (2 HPs and soooooo many R1s) and the overall mess it was really fun!
Are we going to camp this again? Mhhhhh…. maybe.

Dynamis Tavnazia >.< The whole run wasn’t *too* bad but we failed on repops due some MPK by a certain WHM wich his name starts with O… anyway, we all HP’d and tried at least to kill Diabolos.

We ended being with only 12 people, and definitely not everyone on the right jobs. A charm really fucked us and we wiped @1% ; ; If we only had one more DD or BLM we could have won that …….it still hurts me :(

Lazy to talk about Nyzul+Salvage but we got some luck recently :3
Ares body for Darkbrillance, Morrigan body for Tirinai and, like I said before, Skadi hands for Kerb! That’s something great, and really starting to think EU times are cursed (we usually go past midnight, so uhm…..guess.)

Regarding Nyzul, we reached floor 40 and this means: legs for everyone!

Lolpiece. It’s uhm………… completely useless ? But I guess it will do fine with the full look once I get the other goliard stuff :3 I really like that set, it’s so stilish! Same goes for Askar, wheee!

Started to DAT mod again. Guess I found a good teacher (*pointsatkerb*) showing me how HQ stuff works so….. here it is. My first real HQ piece all done by myself.

First real BLM solo!

K, that was exciting. First time I really solo something on BLM.

Asked Kerb wich thing I could try to solo and he suggested me Garuda. Bindable, and obviousily weak to ice, wich is a great pro.

Didn’t really took any meds or borrowed hax stuff (Novio and Sorc hello? <.<) and went in.
Followed some tips Kerb told me but did some little mistakes!
Garuda log file! Should have casted Aquaveil too, got so many interrupts, and mindlessly attempted to stun while it’s impossible to do so on a Prime Avatar!
Need also to time stuff better, and really really feeling I’m lacking on RDM sub ; ; kinda need fast cast! And Phalanx!

Gonna try this again soon, with less interrupts and less manafonting :3

Limbus, Temenos Elemental Tower :o
Actually we planned to do Apollyon NW, but some noobs still had 40~mins inside and we had to switch area. Mostly because it was 3AM or so for me.
Were kinda bored and decided to go further as much as we could. But we got screwed on time chests (like time ALWAYS at last ele on almost every floor) and we reached “boss” with like 5 mins left and no manafont at all.
Probably will try next time, I really would love to clear a limbus area >:D since the day I’ll kill Behemot in NW looks still far and far away.
Useless AF item dropped, and came back with like 9 coins each~

Finally! After some ugly 0/3 in a row on Hedgehog bomb, that finally dropped again for us!
Still no sign of forager’s mantle, does it really exist on Brothers ENM? But who cares actually, since bomb drop is already a good amount of gils (and mostly because I’m down to 40k, and this means I won’t buy a Sorcerer’s ring that soon).

Yay to Nyzul! Getting lucky on stuff again! Right now, we’re missing only the last Goliard drop for Darkbrillance, then we’ll use both tags to advance.
We’re doing 1 boss 1 advance right now, been “stucked” to 20 for long time. But everyone is getting what he/she wants so it’s ok! And I guess I’ll go for both Askar and Goliard, even if my PLD is 52ish, but I doubt we’ll redo first floors so soon.
And I’m going to really grind some exp in a week or so! :3

I really don’t know how i ended “leading” BLMs pulling stuff and kiting adds (and dying a couple of times too) but overall I’d do this again, but first….. please, let’s go kill Medusa!
I love Lamiae and Merrows, we already killed the Troll NM and now Mamool one, need Medusaaaaa!
If we’ll ever do it, I bet it’s going to be a real charmfest. And regardless of job I’ll use my Lamia Garland <3
