First real BLM solo!

K, that was exciting. First time I really solo something on BLM.

Asked Kerb wich thing I could try to solo and he suggested me Garuda. Bindable, and obviousily weak to ice, wich is a great pro.

Didn’t really took any meds or borrowed hax stuff (Novio and Sorc hello? <.<) and went in.
Followed some tips Kerb told me but did some little mistakes!
Garuda log file! Should have casted Aquaveil too, got so many interrupts, and mindlessly attempted to stun while it’s impossible to do so on a Prime Avatar!
Need also to time stuff better, and really really feeling I’m lacking on RDM sub ; ; kinda need fast cast! And Phalanx!

Gonna try this again soon, with less interrupts and less manafonting :3

Limbus, Temenos Elemental Tower :o
Actually we planned to do Apollyon NW, but some noobs still had 40~mins inside and we had to switch area. Mostly because it was 3AM or so for me.
Were kinda bored and decided to go further as much as we could. But we got screwed on time chests (like time ALWAYS at last ele on almost every floor) and we reached “boss” with like 5 mins left and no manafont at all.
Probably will try next time, I really would love to clear a limbus area >:D since the day I’ll kill Behemot in NW looks still far and far away.
Useless AF item dropped, and came back with like 9 coins each~

Finally! After some ugly 0/3 in a row on Hedgehog bomb, that finally dropped again for us!
Still no sign of forager’s mantle, does it really exist on Brothers ENM? But who cares actually, since bomb drop is already a good amount of gils (and mostly because I’m down to 40k, and this means I won’t buy a Sorcerer’s ring that soon).

Yay to Nyzul! Getting lucky on stuff again! Right now, we’re missing only the last Goliard drop for Darkbrillance, then we’ll use both tags to advance.
We’re doing 1 boss 1 advance right now, been “stucked” to 20 for long time. But everyone is getting what he/she wants so it’s ok! And I guess I’ll go for both Askar and Goliard, even if my PLD is 52ish, but I doubt we’ll redo first floors so soon.
And I’m going to really grind some exp in a week or so! :3

Mhhhhhh…. what about last sunday… well! we killed Mamool JAJAJAXDXD (<.<;) just for the lulz, and despite some EPIC TRAINS to reach the actual place, and some deaths, it’s was quite fun.

I really don’t know how i ended “leading” BLMs pulling stuff and kiting adds (and dying a couple of times too) but overall I’d do this again, but first….. please, let’s go kill Medusa!
I love Lamiae and Merrows, we already killed the Troll NM and now Mamool one, need Medusaaaaa!
If we’ll ever do it, I bet it’s going to be a real charmfest. And regardless of job I’ll use my Lamia Garland <3

100% productive!

Yesterday was the most productive day ever o.o! Accomplished lot of stuffs I was looking forward!

I have finally got that long sought Dem Sliver, last key item i needed to proceed on Shadows of the Departed quest.

Well, not likely I *need* the earring like now now. Main use of Ethereal will be on PLD, because the “convert damage taken to MP” is pretty hawt o.o! So no rush in that!
Actually I’ll try to drag some people this weekend, that’s a six man BC after all, and I guess Gades, Ridill and Big9 will come since they need it as well :3

Poked the Gob Wolfman and went 1/2 on Parade Gorget!
A 75 PLD (gratz on being 75 w/o that neck yet D:) was stealing my pop spots :(
But fortunately he either gave up/got his item and left the place.

Can finally sell that good ‘ol bloodbead neckpiece, I doubt those few HP will screw me tanking, and besides……. lolHP at higher lvls.
Gonna start soon focusing on shield skill once I get to ToAU areas, but due moving I don’t think it’s gonna happen soon ;;!
Will get Bibiki ammo thing today, quest looks quick and easy, can do it between Salvage and Nyzul set I guess~

Casting Thundaga on statues is priceless, except when one is left at 1%, you don’t have mp for stun and it rapes you. But whatever :3
Taru sacrifices brought us lot of AFs, some THF body orgy and many BRD hands XD
But we got an overall good amount of AFs, congrats to whoever got them!

This week end we’re going to kill Shen, Alastor and Kurrea. I already have the trigger for the first two NMs, and finished farming stuffs to make the soup for Kurrea~ (thanks Kerb :3)
I know already that people are wondering why I want to get Galliard trousers ! Those will be for my VERY future COR, since I won’t be able to get Pln. legs and the fact we won’ t fight that thing anytime soon.
COR will definitely happen, dunno when but it will! (Yes, the set I talked about some posts ago failed horribly)

Got Zenith mitts in last sky run. I farmed triggs as much as I could and got that wonderful handpiece it is <3 And now that fafy is in NA time, I’ve started camping it again, since I’m missing zenith feets for Sorc’ ring macro (passed to Hostyle once and lost lot last time. And ofc I don’t have the hawt ring yet, I’m only borrowing it sometimes from kerb :p)
Already did some wonderful Manaburn with linkshell friends, as long with ENM with Kerb. Meh, I love BLM, can do lot of things like that <3
And soonish, gonna start some Limbus serious business.

We had a wonderful custom LS Xmas event, a.k.a. the “Secret Santa”. Aviendha organized it, we only had to signup and buy presents to one of them, in complete secret.
She did really an awesome job O_O!! With special mule and speechs, looked like an official event to me!
And I…………got a wonderful gift. Almost cried irl, I swear. Falcoo was my “santa”, and she bought me all the ingots i was lacking for Marduk’s head.
So yeah, I had Marduk’s Tiara o.o! I’m at work and have no screenshots, but it’s a gorgeus headpiece!

Last but not least, we did our usual two Nyzul runs yesterday. And went 2/2. We killed rampart both times. Placebo ? xD I don’t know. But w/e, gonna keep doin that.
We got 1 Denali feet (Tirinai) and Goliard Clogs wich I lost lot for the 4th time ever D: (gratz Kerb! :D)
Probably we will increase our number of runs, gonna see.
I love Nyzul but lamps should gtfo. Seriously.

Black Mage’ status is still the same, 9kish to 67.
It’s annoying, since I came up to a point I really have enough soloing. It’s utterly boring, nuking the same mobs over and over in a forgotten place of Vana’diel with no one passing by.
I’m having nightmares of chigoes and Qiqirns sometimes :(

I need to proceed alone till 70~72 at least since new leveling plans with Kerb are comin’; once there, I will be seriously able to decently duo in sea, Mount Z. or Ule.
Anyone need some sea farming?

What are new plans? Corsair. Hell yes!
Actually I will just raise my RNG sub with……. Kerb’ dancer. (I know I’ll die laughing irl when I’ll see his taru dancing and spinning and do steps)

Dekka still hates me. We haven’t seen any drop ever since we started. This really pisses me off!
I managed to get 6 ingots for the headpiece, wich makes me being halfway to completation.
I’m trying to sell some stuff but no one is willing to buy them, so uhhhhhhhhh……..

I finally got the long sounght T9 assault rank, wich means Red versus Blue.
Why am I so excited ?
Easy. 1 assault = 1Salvage permit.
Less assaults for permits = Tags for Nyzul.

The only pieces I’m really looking forward to are Goliard head and feets, and Denali body will be a very nice item for my future cor, since I won’t be able to get any Pln. part, same goes for Yigit for for lolBLM.
I just blame Salvage.
We did a couple of runs and those went quite well, ‘cept we kinda screwed ourselves and lost 5 floors clear cause we didn’t choose t exit (all of us are Nyzul newbs)

I’ve been actively camping some emo Wyrms recently and we actually claimed often!
Me really wants Zenith feets and Hands for my Sorc ring macro :!
Unfortunately I always lost lot on those ><~!
When I’ll sell both stuff I’m bazaaring, I’ll get that ring and last remaining ingots I was talking about some lines above.

Yesterday -for Kerb’ happiness- we got Fafnir during Thundgasm day, but not even single weather was up and I couldn’t SV etude him because I went to lolMelees party, and we were only two bards in the whole ally :c
