I finally got my piano collection CD! It’s too bad I have to Kerb to come here before listening to any track! My gimp connection doesn’t allow me to download any MP3; I need to wait the real thing itself!

Harpsichord item is really cute and cool.
It’s so lovely hearing its sound at 22:00, I should record it next time and put the tune on blog!
And starting to think that each piano is able to play only a single tune~

Had kerb coming to my MH while waiting to hear it tuning out some good melody, good chance to have a subligar-condom hat party <.<!

Had AWESOME Paladin’s accomplishments in last two weeks. Best one was, tanking at Divine Might BC.
Some people in Linkshell wanted to change their earring, and I offered my help. I was already on pally (helped with some ZNMs earlier) but was /anon since I was sure I had to come as everything but tanker.
Then Amina asked me to come PLD to straight tank the Mithra while everyone else killed other Ark Angels before her…….and I thought, why not!
Not hiding I was super afraid to fail, die, missblink, and all possible mistakes ever, lulz.
Ended up doing fine! I also kited for a bunch of time a King Vinegaroon some days ago, had really no troubles even with no wlegs. And helped Sofo to kill Jazaraat for ToAU missions!

I still need to work a lot on equipment department and my HP sucks!
Bough a Cassie earring few days ago, hopefully will kill Bomb Queen soon and I’m going to start doing Limbus today with the Linkshell for Homam hands, feets and legs.
And I’m super happy for Valor Surcoat~ Also Jelly ring is very useful, especially in campaign. I’ve tried camping Bloodsucker for its ring but I kinda lost my hopes since competition is quite high …/wrist

Salvage is giving me hopes again. We got lot of new recruits and we always do runs with like 9 people or so.
Some of them are still totally new to the whole thing, this means for now we’re still slowing things down and still failing a couple of stuff x.x And I have to pull and port like a madman x.xxx
After my Macha’s coat, we got a couple of Usukane feet drop out of four POPs (gratz Pace and Pano!) and hands of same set~ (Pace haxed Salvage, about time!)
I can’t really wait to do Salvage like the old times, and poke mobs I haven’t seen for ages like Citadel Chelonian.

Scholar is going horribly. 3k to 43. Basically, I can’t find any party. I guess people wants more Haste and Refresh now. I even put comment “PL RDM 75″ but still zero invites. Well fuck that.
And it’s too bad since SCH is more performing that a BLM, WHM or RDM. Too bad i can just type “/ma Haste <t>” on my PL and still quicken up you guys.
Gave up some days ago, gonna try again sometimes this weekend.

Managed to claim a very good number of Kings lately.
And I’m super happy because I managed to fight Fafnir twice as BLM. Always did that fight as BRD or WHM, I wanted to test my nukes against that stupid dragon!
First time, I got shotted after a magic burst. This means I’m a cool BLM! Damage was not that great (I need to stop comparing my nukes to Kerb’s) but I’m still missing Novio on some merits on potencies and Burst II.

Scholar 40! I LOVE this job, is so much fun. I can’t wait to get my first weather spell and get to 50, start to happily leech a bit in sea, lol. Manifestation/Accession are indeed the most cool thing ever, even this gimps a bit my own jobs (like Divine Veil/Seal each min at 75)~

We finally did KS99 turtle. Didn’t have so many orbs because item wise is not really a good bc, egg is the only reason to do that and as for striders…might as well just camp em.
Kerb finally got his egg! And this means he’s completely done with Black Belt. I offered my KSs for the whole thing and one dropped on my run too, which I offered to Hannaoak since he camped a lot Aspi with us. And Selim got a 3d one! Congratulations people!

Still regarding Kerb and his MNK, we camped Oztroja NMs for a while. I TOTALLY hate camping shit, especially when re spawn is not well defined. Because I like to relax between “ints” and can do other stuff, like just chatting and/or drawing!
Nothing dropped yet, I wonder when those two stupid birds will put their items out :(

Rotten luck on Ix’Drk. This makes me…….. 1/1 on both DRG AND DRK. But I’m like 0/5 on Mnk >.<

Me and Kerb duo’d from lvl 19 till…26 or so. Then we joined Thaumboy and Chronus for some quick -Anniversary ring powered- exp! And got 37 in like 2-3 days. I’m so happy I’m done with this sub.
Now I’m working on RDM, and I’m 1/3 into 31. Was 24 last Friday!

Also helping its exp doing escort, Rivenworth and Mammet BC. Quick and fun stuff to do! Especially escort, I really like it! Sleeping 495744949 mob around you is lol, even if I’m little afraid to die or something in the end x.xxx But Kerb’s there too so I’m really ok.

Once I’ll be done with RDM, I’ll start my new job: Scholar! Really been undecided between 5, but after some toughts I picked Sch :p Why ?
First, the job on “selection” were DRG, BST, MNK, RDM and SCH.

• Dragoon. I’d LOVE to have that, it’s a powerful melee which some kind of little magic (hi wyvern!)
  But then again, who wants a DRG over a BLM, BRD, WHM, PLD leveled coming at events ? I won’t use it anywhere and it will make me emo.
• Beastmaster, kinda same of above. I also think about Salvage, who the heck wants a BST in salvage instead of a BLM or BRD ?
• Monk. I saw Kerb working SO HARD getting all his equipment, and only idea of killing Oztroja NMs, or Boroka, and camping BB items makes me sick. If I want to play mnk, I’ll just use his when he’s offline.
• Red Mage. I realized I don’t want a WHM clone. Same stuff+refresh. Hell no. Plus so many LVL2 merits to get, nothanks. Aaaaaaaaand I don’t want to level DRK subjob. I don’t want to chainstun ever……
• Scholar. Unique! Versatile in each situation. Can be very efficient as Healer, damage dealer, en-feebler and mage supporter. Plus I can make Kerb gasm with weather :P (and I can randomly leech from him once I get thunderstorm, which is lvl51) Also, i already have all required merits (capped elemental, almost done with Enfeebling) and will use both blm and whm gear. Quite smart, uh? :3

I lol’d on “Next job poll” results. On 25 votes, 8 voted BST, 8 RDM, 5 SCH and 4 MNK. Didn’t know the whole Beastmaster thing had this big fan pool! I want to know who those people are :D!

Finally done some limbus again. Apollyon tiem! Killed Kaiser Behemot! About time!
I noticed so much improvement since last time we’ve done NW. With like TONS of new merits i got and gear. Never got a single spell resisted (sleeps and binds too) and that greatly improved our killspeed. I’m so happy!
BLM and SMN items dropped, but sadly I already have Apollyon item, and SMN…..I just don’t care. Tossed it, lolSMN. Now I want Temenos one to drop >.< Really need to upgrade hands!

I found my new god in FFXI. THE HUEG CORN! I swear I want a thing like that IRL and be able to FIRE IV it.
Can’t imagine how much cool would be some popcorn rain, I know I’m quite retarded *_*;;; But whatever, it’s just me. Luv FFXI and this random nonsense. (And it’s ok, I’m mad, known fact)

Tried to save my macros on server to load ‘em on Xbox. And it works awesome! You need to press some weird combination on character selection to make it work (all I remember is, ctrl+alt+shift+B to save on pc, left stick and one of those upper buttons to load data on console)
Now, time to play some on my sofa, relaxing, with comfy environment! (mostly at merits or some easy going stuff)

Oh and we killed LBC. We are really ok, getting more members. About time! But hate we’re randomly 6 people (inlcuded some botted Graeson) or so. But better than nothing!

We beat Dynamis. Morrigan cuffs completed!

I’m superhappy, I have finally completed my very first Morrigan piece, and it’s even one of the most hax of the whole set!

I had Falcoo helping me alot synthing/desynthing logs and Flayer staves for me many times. Kinda disappointed about high break rate on the staff, if I knew it earlier I would have avoided buying so many of them >.<!

And as usual, I was really really low on gils and IS, Kerb really helped me alot throwing me some coins and almost half bloodwood lumbers I needed for the trade x.x

Tried the gloves (of course…..lol!) and noticed a great improvement on resists, and obviously talking about stuff like Jailer of Love.
I am not really someone who counts how many times getst resisted or readies a parser, since it’s not really me…….even if sometimes I like watching other people damage and happily notice I’m doing better. Anyway, what I meant it’s that I don’t know exactly my resist rate, guess I’ll check next time on some Jailer, Sky God or something.

Thanks everyone who made this possible! Love and hate Salvage, but actually I’m happy I finally upgraded something new since… last Christmas (when I completed Marduk Tiara, thanks again to Coo~)

Last Dynamises (and I’d say, finally) went awesome! Well, except our usual final slacking and some random wipe. Maybe the late hour, maybe just everyone being very tired after continued hours of repetitive play, we usually end like this! >.<
Dynamis Tavnazia finally dropped something that’s not a BST-1 body. MNK head (gratz Kerb :3) and….. holy cow, Sorcerer Petasos! In Tavnazia! I still can’t believe it. I didn’t get to lot but seeing such drop there made me “:O” (literally: speechless) and that makes me getting more near to mine! /lul

Dynamis-Jeuno dropped a decent amount of AFs, and I managed to get….lul, Sorcerer feets. Not really something to be proud of, in fact I passed the first pair dropped to Kamalii, since it’s a merely storage piece. Oh well, black look!

Me and Kerb resumed our NIN exp. We’re almost 27! And still tons of Anniversary ring charges. Still like…10 levels to go, hope to finish it asap and still have some charges left for RDM, which I really doubt so.
Regarding RDM, I really think I’ll set with Eltharion’s NIN (and maybe Kogenta’s THF, but I forgot what level she is) and PL ourselves till 37. Mhhhhhyeah, let’s say I just needed some attack power. lolRDM.
I can’t really wait to finish both those subs, this is getting a really nightmare, wish my sister was interested to play so I could bribe her for exp! D: (lolme, really.)

After like……three whole weeks of sea farm, I managed to get a couple of HQ Aern organs to pop Ix’MNK.
Actually I only have to thank Bignineinch and his hax THF, maybe I should invite him more often when farming triggers ‘n stuff.

Killed it → no drop obviously. 0/1. I wonder how many tries I’ll need before getting my hax cape :(

Still haven’t posted my character’ statistics so here they are.
This is not bad considering I have started playing on April 2006, and that means why some stuff jumped that high. Last year I was already in Spikeflail, but still had really gimp numbers compared to this year’s D:!

I am very happy about how people liked my last post. I am going to post more BLM stuff soon, and probably will be macros. Windower macros.
Unlike Maiev, who uses execs in game macros (example: //exec sleep.txt) I use a totally different way which are key binds. Guess it will be interesting comparing our methods, expect this sometimes soon!

I really need to do Campaign. really slacked recently, don’t really want to see my medal slip away. And still need two more ranks up if I want to get Sandy’ PLD pieces!

Dynamis-Tarutaru

I have the feeling that lately stuff are not going too good; not really referring to FFXI in particular, it’s just some general bad mood.

Just to follow what I wrote in my last post, I tried tanking more stuff. Well, starting to think I’m not *that* bad.

We did some sky last weekend, and managed to switch to Paladin after some Byakkos (gratz Kerb for Haidates!)

Went first to Brigandish Blade and…..all right, I think I’m cursed with tanking. That thing lasted forever.
Our applicant THF had the knife already in his MH; later, me and Graeson found ourselves keeping that thing on in rage mode.. ugly times, I swear it. I just want to kill that thief.

After my “PLD bad experience n°4687549″ we moved to Suzaku. Happily held it for first 40% alone! Had more hate then Grae before it used Chainspell, lul.

I think the Nep (mah WHM!) hated me so much because he had to heal me with some Cures in a row making his galka MP cry :(
Sorry! Will be better next time, once I finish my NIN.

Currently almost 22, me and Kerb are working on that, and hopefully we’ll get 37 this month……I really hope so.

Will proudly ding 37 wearing Tarutaru/Wonder Kaftan (will switch to rse once I get proper levels :3) and I really doubt I’ll ever buy any single piece of gear for it, since I’ll be PL’d and will use Ambrosia. FTW!

Actually I’m resuming writing this post now (I started yesterday, while at work!) and I am so happy that SE decided to introduce again the Anniversary ring.
Last year I’ve been very stupid wasting all of that on WHM 68~+, while I could have saved it for SJs. Now that I think of, once NIN is done I’ll have no more boring stuff to level. RDM, SCH, DRG subs will be ok, or -like the DRG case- not too mandatory. This means I can waste all charges on ninja.

Been playing with FTABLE and VTABLE for a couple of days and I converted all races to tarutaru! Not hiding that this was very fun and I found myself rofling on keyboard out of nowhere~

Some NPCs were kinda screwed up, but the best part was when I entered Silver Sea Remnants and saw the most awesome thing ever: Ashu Talif fomors as taru!

Definitely the best mob ever~ along with Lamiae, lulz!

Still regarding Salvage……..I’m feeling so-so. I don’t know if I really want to keep doing that.
Just having some misunderstandings and there are few things I don’t like and I don’t agree with, which doesn’t really benefit the whole event at all. But whatever.
On the other hand, we’re really improving recently, and managed to accomplish something we were looking for long time: killing a boss. And yeah, LAC.

LAC is one of the easiest (even if I keep thinking that ARRA one is the easiest among all) and we decided to give that another try. Me as WHM, duh. Being happy with this set up, and fortunately I never lagged. I really love WHM in salvage, especially on bosses.

Well, ignore the “thf kill” stuff, lolnewbies :3
Both fights went fine (but a charmed Kerberoz attempted to kill me multiple times, unsuccessfully!) and we finally got to see some 25s. Bodb’s cuffs dropped and I manged to get.

Now I’m missing only the level 15 piece (surprisingly, I don’t have any Nemain’s, and got lvl. 25 head and body) and some Bloodwood lumbers….I’m really low on gils. Got 2 desynthing Soulflayer staves and Kerb bought me 3. This means I’m 7 lumbers short, and I barely have 100 gils……if only Brothers ENM or PCC dropped stuff.
Graeson also offered some money for Koenig shield and I need to return those 200k sometimes soon x.x
God I really hate money D: Always low on liquids!

Time to sell Kerb’ butt in the backyard of my mog house. Wonder if I’ll get something out of that!
