Best Week-end ever.

I finally started raising a new job. And guess what? Black Mage.
I blame myself to have used other BLM chars in the past (failing tho) and started to love the job.
What a pity I’m used to nuke with a ultra-pimped Novio-Sorc lolGenie-Relic+1 capMerited character and will be a bit disappointed when i’ll get 70% of the times resisted and getting so much less damage.
But whatever! Dinged level 40 and almost 41. I love to put things on fire.
Will soon raise RDM as well since it’s a *must have* sub for BLM (100% sure i’ll 75 that as well -_-, AF love and yay, mage job again.)
At least I won’t need to buy spells on RDM ‘cept Dispel and Refresh I think, assuming BLM will have tier III spells already.

And Jowah got a…..MANTEEL. A MANTEEL YEAH!
Tineey gave me his in one of his random appearances on FFXI, after Dynamis-Valkurm. All I need now is trade that with one signed by Kiraa :c (Yes, I am such a signed stuff whore)
I’m so happy, that is one of my happiest day in Vanadiel. (probably THE most one) That’s my real and only big dream item, as long with Noble Tunic i got as well. So wished that for loooong time.
LONG TIME, and now I HAVE! Thank you thank you thank you!
Next dream gear will be something signed by Jeff (he’s leveling clothing at the moment, almost 50!) and BLM JsE signed by Kerberoz when I’ll be high enough.

Last Dynamis was SEX. Dynamis-Valkurm. We saw Bard’s Cape, Cleric’s Belt X2, RNG, SMN and BLM hat-1 and NQ THF hat dropping.

Such hax lots, lol.

I got both lolCape (since I was using Jester NQ I can use that as *real* equipment) and WHM Belt. Belt is AWESOME, considering I was used to keep Hierarch equipped.
I also got Cleric’s Pantaloons in previous Dynamis so I’m 3/5 on WHM af. Still missing lolFeet and *sigh* the body piece.

Yesterday we did a long cycle of outside Jailers with VERY GOOD luck. Lot of torques dropped (6); congratulations to people who got them!
Now we have around 5 JoL sets ready, and hopefully Absolute Virtue will pop on our heads, and we will attempt to actually try killing that thing.
So bad I was about to getting capped EXP on WHM and BRD D;

Merits merits merits. My whoreness is spreading more and I’m getting as many merits as i can, as long with some buffer I always need, it’s always useful! I got another five-ish points and could unlock Protectra V and other things.
If I keep meriting like that, I hope to reach a good point soon. Besides classes ability (WHM, BRD) I so need to raise hp and mp up, and I’m really tempted to cap club :c (well, one day, not now^^)

We kept doing Silver Sea Remnants instead Kerb’ initial plans.
We were really hoping to finally see some good drop but droprate sucks alot =_=;; Guess everything will be fine after this super update. I still can’t get any Marduk piece since we’re stuck in that Area, area wich drop like 4897398573 Enyo’ mask. (should be a 100% drop I think)
Let’s see if SE will fix this for real or if they just said some random words to keep all complaining people about it.

And my soro mission to Apocalypse Night is going well. Mhhh…guess what? I got another sliver.

But this time I decided to try to soro the top. Yeah, you have heard it well, SOLO the top of Promyvion.
Geared up as lolSMN lvl30, summoned Savul at the entrance and then I set off to the first Memory Receptacle. I beat it and went to 2nd floor.
The fight was easy, but those lol strays really ANNOYS me. That’s why I think that you need at least 2 persons, one focusing on receptacle (a SMN is the best) and someone else worrying about stray (somebody with ranged-high damage abilities please!)
Anyway, I found a PT on the second floor who also thanked me to have cleared the receptacle for em as well and then I reached the top with those japanese people.
Naotin was in it, a strange cutie jap taru I actually don’t know, but I was used to /blush to him when I was new in game ^^

Limbus! Because I said I love it, ya? Well,yesterday we did Ultima. I have bad memories since that thing wiped me @CoP missions in all possible ways, and was really afraid to see deathga again due to it. (I only saw a single death xforgothowmanytimes on a single LS member, and I’m sorry for you ; ;)
Despite some crit moment (as always!) we killed it of course. This run “dropped” a total of 18 coins, SAM and WAR upgrade materials, Nashira head and feet. Then….

My White Mage is now happier and less crappy ^_^ I’m starting gearing up it seriously. Sold back my blessed body and bought legs instead, since those are more useful and can go now with Jeff’ Vermillion Cloack+Blessed legs. Now I need mitts and rostrum pumpz!
Should do also a ENM run to get an hedghog bomb, -emnity, yay!

Manteel!
No, it’s not mine. But I can actually wear it when lolJeff is offline. He got one back from LS and I’m really happy for him! And I really thank thank thank him for letting me borrow his manteel when he doesn’t play! (And borrowing other things like Apollo and Mary’s :p)

I did Dynamis Xarcabard for the first time. Not really that exciting. After doing all areas I can say my favourite one is Beaucedine and….Tavnazia. I vote Dyna Tav only for the drunken idea programmers had with music.
You start with normal BGM then…….WTF SUMMER EVENT MUSIC? It’s so lol. Really. Can’t use other words. You smash fomors and monsters with that music. It’s kinda hyronic. Not to mention the fact that it changes to X-mas Jeuno music when you approach to Diabolos. Seriously, all Dynamis areas should be like this. And SE is really drunk!
Anyway, this run was AFless since only one thing dropped. And the best one ever I would add. RDM pimp hat! Congratulations to Mallo (…..i think?) who got it! We tought we were like blessed regarding drops when we started since first monster→100 byne. Poor fools!

Yesterday we also did Kirin. And, I don’t really think I’ll go to another run ever. I hate Kirin. I don’t care about Osode or abj. It’s just stress. I hate Kirin from the bottom of my heart thanks to yesterday. Not doing that anymore, I swear it.

It’s like 10.15 AM here and I’m blogging from work as usual. This thing keeps me distracted quite alot while I should work >.>; but I am really bored/tired recently ;_; I need holidays T_T

I started fixing lighting/saturation/etc of the screenshots I always upload on Flickr, pics always updated in “Galleries” section. They looked so dark on some monitors (like here at work) and after those look better with new brilliant colors!^^ I should fix my gamma-lighting in game too. Sometimes it’s hard to see things! (like Dynamis!)

And yeah, the same reminder: Kerb we need to book and cross fingers for weddingz, Jeff will be our chaperone! <3

And no Maiev dear, I won’t come on Fenrir! It’s too late now! I’m sorry ;_; But I should come back there more often with my Jowy char like I used to do :)

New expansion will be just…….wow. We’ve been discussing in Linkshell about the upcoming game and I really can’t wait to have it in my hands.
New magic ? I really hope to see some new real songs for BRD. Massacre Elegy and Ballad III *cough cough* but i think it’s too much. I would like something like FFT’ dancer, a musical job oriented in enemy’ debuffs and status…..or maybe the dancer job itself (would be ♥♥♥)

New corsair ability makes me want exp it again, really. But I would be a sucky one since my markmanship is still low and I dont really have a decent sub for it (don’t say White Mage please….) and I gave up.

• Make the next roll a 1 (ABILITY)
• Erase a roll cast on yourself (ABILITY)
• Extend the duration of Phantom Roll (TRAIT)
• Percentage of success for Random Deal UP. Will prioritize commands that are used. (TRAIT)

I so want to see Windurst back in the old days, no more destryed city I can’t wait!

And another big news is the world transfer ^_^
A friend of mine will come back to play, and run from lame Fairy (no offence!) to Ragnarok. And Maiev will come too (pls pls pls pls ♥)
The service will cost around 25$………..just like wow. It’s time for people to change account’ password to prevent something not really nice :p

Regarding my FFXI life…….i got WHM to 71 and 10~k exp. One level till my relic egg hat :D And I’ve also attended a full sea run with this brand new over 70 job. I like it. More than BRD and SMN.
Bard is all “sing minuet, wait, sing ballad, cure random status, cure a little then deadmp”.
Summoner is like “predator claws, idle 1~min, predator claws, and so on…..”
Not that WHM is less repetitive, but I like it. And I’m kinda obsessed with haste….. (for Amina’s joy I would say)

Following Falcoo’ WHM advices I’m starting to get some “endgame” equipment stuffs. My whisper was getting rusty while waiting “Mama Mia” quest to be complete so I got this:

Great in both nighttime (emnity-) and daytime (mp+30). Since I love spamming curaga and waiting low HP for Cure V it’s the best :D

I helped a friend of a LS’ mate in Promathia BC yesterday. And went so fine with only one loss. And of course I have the video ready to be edited, as long with …..Absolute Virtue pop+wipe. Aeroga V ftw.

Movies~

Been a while since last I had connection issues like this one.
This week-end I couldn’t stay online due my stupid router and its bad configuration. What a pity I can find nowhere the right setup. Anyway, who cares now.

I spent all the time watching all the movies i bought on Sat (like……. 90-100$) and practicing with my video editor, Sony Vegas. This app is really cool and so light, thank you Sha for letting me know about it!

New PC!

Yesterday I received my new pc. It’s awesome since I can REALLY multitask (i tried with the iTunes+Photoshop+FFXI+Firefox+Fraps combo, lmao), but most important thing is that I can actually made videos.

Smooth, isn’t it? :3
Next time I will make a *real* video with actually some interesting stuffs.

I’ve beaten cop few days ago and got my ring (won’t tell yet wich one I get), I will make a detailed post about it this week-end (week end+2 free days off from work ;;!)

Also, I need to say sorry to lot of people. Those people know why.
I’ve been really stressed and tired this last month, and most of the time I can’t hold what happens to me. Despite helps, I still can’t solve this ._.
